德国新型教师教育组织机构解读--基于洪堡大学教育专业学院和柏林自由大学教师教育中心的考察

     

摘要

Since the 21st century, Germany, relatively conservative in the field of teacher education, has made some reforms in succession, and the establishment of new patterns of teacher education organizations is just among them. This paper firstly analyzes the background of the establishment, then takes the“grass-root”Professional School of Education ( PSE) at the Humboldt University and the“official” Centre of Teacher Edu-cation ( CTE) at the Free University Berlin as examples to address mainly the following three issues:function, organizational structuring and staffing as well as operational mechanism, and also compares the two different types of organizations based on the above three dimensions. Finally, it argues that the PSE and CTE, as repre-sentatives of new patterns of teacher education organizations in Germany, have been a good try in teacher edu-cation reform. However, the effectiveness and achievement of this reform remains unclear, and it takes time to give a proper answer.%21世纪以来,在教师教育领域相对保守的德国陆续进行了一些改革,成立新型教师教育组织机构即为其中之一。文章首先分析了德国新型教师教育组织机构的成立背景。其次,以“草根性”的洪堡大学教育专业学院和“官方性”的柏林自由大学教师教育中心为例,重点解读了这两种不同类型教师教育机构的功能、机构设置与人员配置及运作方式等,并依据这三个维度对两种机构作了比较分析。最后指出,以教育专业学院和教师教育中心为代表的新型教师教育组织机构的建立是德国近期教师教育改革的一次有益尝试,但改革成效还有待时日检验。
