地方高校的文化建设与地方本土文化密切相关，在学校的文化特色和文化品牌里，始终融汇着地方文化的精髓。地方高校的文化自觉，考量的是高校软实力建设水平和文化意识，与学校的文化导向、文化包容、文化创新有密切关系。地方高校文化服务的责任担当，考量的是高校社会服务的绩效和能力，更是检验高校教育质量的重要标准之一。文化自觉与文化服务的责任担当，高校文化与地方区域文化需要形神合一。%Cultural construction of local colleges is intimately associated with local culture which is merged into cultural characteristics and cultural brands of colleges. The cultural consciousness of local colleges is to test the soft competence of construction level and cultural consciousness, and it connects closely with college cultural guide, cultural contain and cultural creation. The responsibility of cultural services in local colleges is not only to test the social service achievements and abilities of colleges, but also is one of the important standards to test the education quality of college. There should be a unity of image and spirit between cultural consciousness and responsibility of cultural services, and between college culture and local regional culture as well.
