According to the new situation of social economy and higher educational development, western developed countries, such as USA, are setting out to innovate special guidance and service of careerconsultation. In the opinion of Jack Lehman, who is a well-known scholar in this field, professional practice of this field should emphasize the life-long characteristics of students＇ career development, and strive to serve various student groups, attach importance to the cooperation with the whole society, and widen service space with network technology, which has important inspiration for relative practices in Chinese colleges.%针对社会经济和高等教育发展的新态势，美国等西方发达国家正进一步开始对职业咨询专业化指导与服务革新。根据杰克·雷曼等该领域国际知名学者见解，该领域的专业实践在新时期必须重视学生生涯发展的终身性质，力求服务多样性学生群体，注重与社会各界的合作，应用网络技术拓展服务空间。这对我国高校有关实践具有重要启示。
