基于期望理论的高职通识教育师资建设的思考

摘要

从期望理论出发，探讨通识教育师资建设，一是要提高通识教育改革的目标价值，包括对通识教育自身的价值发现及通识教育对教师而言的价值塑造；二是要提高教师参与通识教育改革的可行性，即要明确通识教育师资标准、提供多种学习机会、营造通识教育氛围以及加强监督评价。%Based on the expectation theory, the first point to train general education teachers is to improve the target value of gen-eral education reform, including its own value of the general education and the value of general education for the teachers modeling;second is to improve teachers participation in the feasibility of the general education reform, namely to clear standards of general edu-cation teachers, offer a variety of learning opportunities, create the atmosphere of general education, and strengthen the supervision and evaluation.
