中药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的用药频次归纳

摘要

[Objective]To summarize and analyze the properties of Chinese formulae in the treatment of POP.[ Methods] We retrieved medical periodicals from 2006 to 2011 and col ected the Chinese formulae in treating POP .According to different efficacies, we calculated the frequencies of different kinds of herbal medicine.[ Results] A total of 84 formulae were covered in this study. There were 30 herbs of tonic drug used for 504 times,15 herbs of blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs used for 170 times and 2 herbs of relieving water drugs used for 38 times. [Conclusion] The formulae for POP mainly comprise several kinds of Chinese herbs, namely the tonic drug, the blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs.%[目的]归纳分析中医药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的用药特点。[方法]万文数据库检索2006-2011年间主要医学期刊，获取治疗原发性骨质疏松症的方剂；统计方剂中不同功效类别药物的使用频数。[结果]共有84首方剂纳入研究，补益药30味504次、活血化瘀药15味170次、利水渗湿药2味38次、祛风湿药8味46次。[结论]治疗原发性骨质疏松症的方剂以补益、活血化瘀、利水渗湿类别药物为主要组成药物。
