中药治疗原发性骨质疏松症效应机制研究进展

摘要

With the advent of the aging society in the world, the incidence of primary osteoporosis is increasing in recent years.It has become the“invisible killer” in the elderly because of the big damage, obscure occurrence, and high fracture risk.With the development of science and technology in recent years, research in the treatment of primary osteoporosis using Chinese medicine has developed more repidly.Significant progress has been achieved in the field from modern understanding about the etiology and pathogenesis of primary osteoporosis to the research of bone biomechanics and signaling pathways.Chinese medicine has become a new effective way to cure primary osteoporosis.%随着全球社会老龄化，原发性骨质疏松症的发病率呈逐年上升趋势，其危害性大，早期不易诊断，起病隐匿，易造成骨折，是中老年人的“隐形杀手”。近年来随着科学技术的进步，有关中医药治疗原发性骨质疏松症的现代化研究发展迅速，国内外学者开展了大量的临床和基础研究，从对原发性骨质疏松症传统病因病机的现代化认识，到宏观骨生物力学深入至微观信号通路的研究都取得了重大进展，中药成为一条有效治疗原发性骨质疏松症的新途径。
