ICP-OES法测定9种产地玫瑰花中15种微量元素

     

摘要

Objective] Using Inductively Coupled Plasma Emission Spectrometer to measure 15 kinds of trace elements in rose from nine places of origin B, Cr,Mn,Fe,Ni,Co,Cu,Zn,Ga,As,Ag,Cd,In,Hg,Pb included. [Method] Sampled by microwave digestion after pretreatment with different origin of nine roses, the samples were studied by Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emsssion Spectrometry(ICP-OES) to detect the trace elements content of different origin roses. [Result] Measured nine kinds of 15 kinds of trace elements content in the origin of roses, including B, Mn, Fe, Zn element content was significantly higher than other elements, elements such As Cr, Co, As, Cd content was almost the same, Ag elements in sichuan rose only detected, Ga, Hg, in three kinds of elements were not detected in the samples.The linear coefficient was between 0.9993-0.9996, precision RSD was less than 1.17%, detection limit was less than 1.75ng·ml -1, sample recovery rate was between 83%~113.3%. [Conclusion]The method for determination of trace elements has characteristics of fast speed, simplicity and high sensitivity .The rose contains a large amount of trace elements beneficial to human body, therefore, it has health care function.%[目的]测定9种产地玫瑰花中B、Cr、Mn、Fe、Ni、Co、Cu、Zn、Ga、As、Ag、Cd、In、Hg、Pb15种微量元素含量。[方法]选用不同产地的9种玫瑰花,样品经微波消解预处理后,采用电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱方法对不同产地玫瑰花的微量元素含量进行检测。[结果]测得九种产地玫瑰花中15种微量元素的含量,其中B、Mn、Fe、Zn元素含量明显高于其他元素,Cr、Co、As、Cd等元素含量几乎相同,Ag元素只在四川玫瑰中检测到,样品中均未检测到Ga、Hg、In三种元素。该法线性系数在0.9993-0.9996之间,精密度RSD<1.17%,检出限均小于1.75 ng·L-1,加样回收率在83%~113.3%之间。[结论]此方法对于微量元素的测定具有速度快、方便、简捷、灵敏度高的特点。玫瑰花中含有大量对人体有益的微量元素,有益于人体健康。
