ICP-OES法测定市售金银花中8种金属元素含量

         

摘要

为了解山东、河南、河北3个主要产地市售金银花药材中Al、As、Cd、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn 8种金属元素的含量情况,微波消解处理金银花,采用电感耦合等离子发射光谱法(ICP-OES)测定元素含量.该方法在线性范围内线性关系较好,R在0.999 96~ 1.000 0之间,平均回收率在95.30%~101.2%之间,相对标准偏差小于3%(n=8),符合元素分析要求.测得市售26个金银花样品中Al、As、Cd、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb、Zn的含量范围分别是10.30~ 49.68、0.050 0~0.333 3、0.066 7~0.333 3、0.300 0~7.317、4.983~26.87、5.767~12.55、0.100 0~1.500、3.550~ 16.90 mg/kg.研究发现,市售金银花药材中的金属元素含量差异较大,有部分金银花的金属含量过高,甚至超标.%To investigate the contents of 8 metal elements (AI,As,Cd,Cu,Mn,Ni,Zn,Pb) in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos from three main habitats Shandong,Henan and Hebei,microwave digestion was used for treatment of the flower samples,and the contents of 8 elements were determined by ICP-OES.The method showed a good linear relationship (R between 0.999 96~1.000 0),and the average recovery rate between 95.30%~ 101.2%,and the relative standard deviation less than 3% (n=8),in line with the requirements of the element analysis.Each content of 8 elements (Al、As、Cd、Cu、Mn、Ni、Pb and Zn) in 26 samples of Lonicerae Japonicae Flos was measured,and they were in the ranges of 10.30 ~ 49.68,0.050 0~0.333 3,0.0667~0.333 3,0.300 0~7.317,4.983~26.87,5.767~12.55,0.100 0~ 1.500 and 3.550~16.90 mg/kg respectively.The results showed that the metal element contents in Lonicerae Japonicae Flos were quite different,and some mental contents were too higher or even exceeded the standard values.
