[目的]探寻"心"在不同延伸层面所包含的不同内涵和意义,以期从不同角度来认识疾病的病因,进而对中医临床有所启发和借鉴.[方法]通过历代相关古籍的整理研究,简述七情病因学说的沿革,考究"病"、"心"、"情"等字的古汉语意义,探寻《黄帝内经》中对于"病由心生"疾病观的相关佐证,结合中国传统文化中儒释道的精髓,举例儒家仁学思想对《黄帝内经》中疾病命名的影响,最后例举中医大家在临床上对该疾病观的应用.[结果]中国传统文化概念中的"心"不仅是肉体心脏之意,也不局限于心理学层面的七情之"心",还有意义深远的延伸意,甚至超越个体,上升至道的层面,心还包含着人之所以为人的道理乃至宇宙的至理和"天人合一"的智慧.历代医家对此均有深刻认识,并借此指导临床.[结论]"心"的不同层面都与健康有着密切的关系,特别是后者,值得探讨和深思.中医学根植于中国传统文化,同样传统文化离不开中医学,两者水乳交融,从医入道,道以医显.%[Objective] "Disease from the heart" which is based on the doctrine of seven emotions,we integrate Chinese traditional culture and classical philosophy to find the significance of the heart. In order to understand etiology and pathogenesis of the disease from different angles ,to open up a new thought for clinical treatment. [Method] By index of recent ancient literature,sketch the evolution of the doctrine of seven emotions,meaning of Chinese Character"Bing"",heart","emotion"and to search for related evidence in"Huangdi Neijing"about the disease,combining the essence of Confucianism, Sakyamuni,and Taoism in Chinese traditional culture,especially Confucianism's influence to name some diseases in"Huangdi Neijing". At last,give some examples of this disease concept in clinic. [Result] The concept of Chinese traditional culture found in the "heart" is not only a heart of flesh ,also is not limited to the"heart"on the level of psychology,but rising to the level of wisdom. And the extension of profound meaning, rises to the level, the heart can be included one kind of the world and the sciences, including the right of the people's behavior, and even the avenue of the universe.[Conclusion] The results showing different planes of"heart"depends strongly on health.
