加强通识教育课程建设的探索与实践--以岭南师范学院为例

     

摘要

通识教育课程是培养大学生综合素质的重要内容和途径。目前高校通识教育课普遍存在结构失衡、优质师资不足、校本特色不明显等问题。岭南师范学院以核心课程为引领,积极构建和完善通识教育课程体系,在丰富课程资源、加强师资建设等方面进行大胆探索和实践,为不断提高通识教育教学质量、全面提升大学生综合素质奠定了基础。%General education courses are important contents and approaches in developing the general qualities of college students.At present,general education curriculum faces problems such as imbalance of structure,shortage of teachers and inconspicuous school- based characteristics.Taking core courses as lead,Lingnan Normal University constructs and improves general curriculum system,doing researches and practices in enriching courses,enhancing teaching stuff and demonstrating school-based characteristics. It has laid foundations for raising the quality of general education and promoting the general qualities of all college students.
