The present invention relates to a method of making a three-dimensional framework (1) consisting of a plurality of a boom (2, 2a) extending parallel to each other at equal distances and in a staggered manner in two parallel planes (3, 3a), a boom (2, 2a) is connected to at least one other (2a, 2) adjacent to it by means of flanges (4). According to this process: - there is a panel p, in which it is made of the recesses with removal of material in order to define the boom (2, 2a) and the legs (4), on a first part (9) of a matrix (10) of a machine to be deployed; - by closing of the matrix (10) is unfolded, the panel (p) in a direction perpendicular to the latter producing the offset, in two parallel planes (3, 3a) of said boom (2, 2a); and - are deployed, the panel (p) in the transverse direction parallel to the latter. The present invention also relates to a three-dimensional structure and a machine for implementing the process.
