基于互惠博弈视角的新员工组织支持策略研究

         

摘要

Based on the DK sequential reciprocity game model, with the general hypothesis, this paper constructs a two stage sequential reciprocity model of cooperative behavior between the enterprise and new employee under the condition that the enterprise supply organizational supportive . The Research shows:1)When new employees are fully rational, the enterprise will not provide organizational support, new employees do not work hard, the two sides can not establish a mutually beneficial cooperation.2)considering the mutual motivation of new employees, if the company does not provide organizational support, new employees will choose do not work hard, the two sides also can not establish a mutually beneficial cooperation. 3)If the new employee has the mutual motivation, and the enterprise chooses the organization to support the behavior, then there are three kinds of sequential reciprocity equilibrium.%以DK序贯互惠博弈模型为基础,在一般化假设基础上,构建了提供组织支持的企业与新员工努力行为的两阶段序贯互惠模型.研究表明:1)当新员工完全理性时,企业将不提供组织支持,新员工也选择低努力工作行为,双方不可能建立互惠合作关系.2)在考虑新员工互惠动机后,若企业不提供组织支持,新员工也将选择低努力工作行为,双方同样不可能建立互惠合作关系.3)如果新员工具有互惠动机,而企业也选择提供组织支持,则存在三种序贯互惠均衡.
