大学生情商教育探讨——从药家鑫事件谈起

EQ Education is an important part of moral education. EQ is a kind of ability to control emotional impulses, understand one＇ s feeling and handle relationships. EQ has a lot to do with students＇ personal development. However, the EQ level of contemporary Chinese college students is not optimistic. This situation is caused by the following reasons：changes in the social environment, lack of emotional intelligence education at school, shorts of family education and the characteristics and values of students at this stage of life. Thus, society, school ,family and students themselves should deepen the awareness of the importance of the emotional intelligence and take appropriate measures to promote the EQ levels of college students.%情商教育是高校德育的重要内容之一。情商是人控制情绪冲动、解读他人情感和处理各种关系的能力。情商对大学生的个人发展具有的巨大作用。然而，当代中国大学生情商发展在自我认识、情绪控制、自我激励、人际交往和抗压耐挫等方面存在诸多缺陷。这一状况是由社会环境的变化、学校情商教育的缺失、家庭教育的不足以及大学生现阶段的生命特点和价值观念四大方面共同作用引起的。因此，社会、学校、家庭和大学生个人这四大教育主体都要深化对情商重要性的认识并采取相应的措施，促进大学生情商水平的提高。
