Mr.Yang Shu-da's essay A Note on‘the monarch should not send his officials to the counterparts ofother states’in The Gongyang Commentary on The Spring and Autumn Annals has its point of departure from his Major Principles ofThe Spring and Autumn Annals and enters his Jiweiju Essays.However,this essay has its misinterpretation due to the ignorance of the rela-tionship between the principle and the examples,because the usage of the key word “send”in The Gongyang Commentary on The Spring and Autumn Annals is a note on the use of this book while Mr.Yang Shu-da regards it as an ordinary word.%杨树达先生《公羊传君不使乎大夫解》一文萌芽于《春秋大义述》，成文于《积微居小学述林》，该文误解了《春秋公羊传》“君不使乎大夫”的意思，从而遮蔽了君臣关系的“春秋大义”。这种误解根源于对《春秋公羊传》义例关系的忽视，《公羊传》将《春秋》经中“使”字的用法当作一个凡例来解释，而杨先生却只把它当作一般的字来解释。
