为什么不抗争？﹡--重新理解发展进程中的农民－国家关系

The popular“contention”discourse in recent years cannot give a comprehensive interpretation of the relationship be-tween farmers and the state in the process of development in contemporary China.The relevant fieldwork reveals that farmers have shown a positive trust in the state rather than contention due to their basic survival ethic “livelihood”.Such attitude and behavioral logic reveals that the essence of the relationship between farmers and the state is the “farmers’ trust-the state’s re-sponse”.Farmers’trust is the cornerstone of the stability and development in contemporary China.As for response,the state should respond to the farmers to ensure their livelihood through improving the national capacity and efficiency as well as the shared wealth for all the people.%近年来较为流行的“抗争”话语无法对我国发展进程中的农民－国家关系做出整体性解释。田野调查表明，农民基于“生计”这一最低生存伦理，对国家表现出积极的信任，而不是抗争。这种观念和行为逻辑，揭示了在发展进程中农民－国家关系的实质是“农民的信任－国家的回应”。农民的信任是当下中国社会稳定的基石和最宝贵的资源。作为回应，国家应该通过国家能力的提升和有效发挥来回应农民的生计需求，同时保障发展成果更多更公平惠及全体人民。
