The purpose of this document is the "new mores", that is, god teaching is taking as the core values to shape people’s new moral. Through the exposition of how to build"new mores", this document built open business social order with the spirit of god as the core ethics. Hong ren-gan’s system thinking on the"new mores" helps to establish the pioneer position of Zizheng Xinpian in modern ideological reform, and lay it an irreplaceable important role in modern Chinese intellectual history. From Heavenly Land System to Zizheng Xinpian, the reconstruction of an agricultural social order to the reconstruction of a business social order, this vividly reflects the trend of modern world development and Chinese society.
