高职学前教育专业幼儿双语师资培养的思考

摘要

我国目前学前双语师资数量缺口大，师资素质偏低。要适应学前双语教育师资的需要，可以从培养方向定位、课程设置、评价方式转变、双语实习基地建设以及获取幼儿英语教师资格证等方面，强化高职院校学前教育专业幼儿双语师资的培养。%As quantity shortage and low quality of current preschool bilingual teachers in China, it's difficult to meet the needs of current preschool bilingual education. This essay focused on the training ways of preschool bilingual teachers discussed from direction setting, curriculum, evaluation transformation, bilingual practice base construction and the implement of preschool English certification.
