杂交狼尾草离体培养植株再生体系的建立

         

摘要

Objective: Establish the rapid propagation system of Pennisetum americanum x P. purpureum. Method: The axillary bud were used as explant, cultured with improved MS with different concentrations of 6 - BA, KT and NAA. Results: Axillary bud can be induced to regenerate plants. This method can be used to obtain a lot of hybrid Wolf tail regeneration plant grass. Conclusions: the rapid propagation system was set up, which enables a large number of forage productions and can provide high quality seedlings for the propagation of this plant.%目的:建立起杂交狼尾草快繁体系。方法:以杂交狼尾草腋芽、顶芽作外植体,接种在改良的MS培养基上配以不同浓度的6-BA、KT和NAA进行离体组织培养。结果:通过腋芽诱导的方式获得再生无菌植株,将无菌植株分割扩大培养可获得大量的杂交狼尾草再生无茵植株。结论:杂交狼尾草快繁体系建立成功,可为杂交狼尾草的大量繁殖提供优质种苗,也可为其组织培养提供无菌外植体。
