[目的]研究贯叶金丝桃的组培快繁技术,以提高其繁殖率和生根率,并建立一套高效的离体培养再生体系.[方法]以贯叶金丝桃幼芽为外植体,对适宜的丛生芽繁殖和生根培养基进行了筛选.[结果]适宜的繁殖培养基为MS+ 6-BA 1.0 mg/L+ IAA0.1mg/L;适宜的生根培养基为1/2 MS +IAA 0.5 mg/L+ ABT 0.2 mg/L.[结论]研究结果为贯叶金丝桃的种质保存和良种选育工作奠定了基础.%[Objective] The research aimed to study the fast-propagation technology of H.perforatum,to improve its reproduction rate and the rooting rate and establish an economic and high effective technology system of rapid propagation of H. Perforatum. [ Method] The suitable cluster buds breeding and rooting medium of H. Perforatum were screened by using H. Perforatum as explants. [ Result] The optimal multiplication medium was MS +6-BA 1.0 mg/L + IAA 0.1 mg/L. The optimal rooting medium was 1/2MS + IAA 0.5 mg/L + ABT 0.2 mg/L. [ Conclusion] The research results laid the basis for preserving the plant resources and breeding excellent lines of H. Perforation.
