地方本科院校汉语言文学专业应用型人才培养的实践教学模式改革

摘要

实践教学是转型背景下培养应用型人才的重要方式之一，是增强师范生专业素养和提升教学技能的重要环节。汉语言文学专业作为传统师范教育专业，要迎合转型背景下应用型人才的培养目标，冲破招生就业方面的“失语”地位，就必须打破“满堂灌”的教学模式，加强实践教学。通过博客写作教学平台的构建、“阅读-赏析-话语实践”教学模式的构筑、竞赛及顶岗实习的实施，培养与提升汉语言文学专业学生的“听说读写”及“教”的能力。%As an important part of the education teaching,Practice teaching is one of the important ways of trans-formation under the background of cultivating applied talents,and the important link to improve studentsˊteaching skills and professional attainment. As the traditional normal education, itˊs important to break the traditional“cramming education”teaching mode and strengthen the practice teaching,which can help to meet the transfor-mation of training goal under the background of applied talents and break the“aphasia”of recruit students em-ployment status. The Chinese language and literature majorsˊlistening,speaking,reading,writing as well as the teaching ability can be cultivated and promoted through building the blog writing teaching platform and the construc-ting of" reading appreciation-discourse practice teaching mode.
