研究生学历幼儿教师离职的因素探析——基于A、B老师的个案研究

             

摘要

Along with clearerknowledgeabout the importance and speciality of preschool educationfrom all walks of life, and also the requirement for pre-school education teachers continues to improve.In recent years, it is a lot of graduate students after graduation to go to work in the kindergarten.This research focuses on this new group of teachers with graduate degree, through the interview of twoof them about theirleaving reasons and certain influencing factors.The result shows thatthe major influencing factors of departure areprofessional development, organization integration, salary welfare factors, environmental factors, interpersonal factors, and so on.%随着社会各界对学前教育重要性和专业性的了解越来越清晰,对学前教育师资队伍的要求也在不断提高.近年来,更是出现不少研究生毕业后去到幼儿园工作的情况.本研究将视角聚焦于这一新的教师群体——研究生学历幼儿教师,通过访谈对两名研究生学历幼儿教师的离职原因及其影响因素进行了解与分析.通过分析发现,研究生学历幼儿教师离职的影响因素主要有专业发展因素、组织融合性因素、薪酬福利因素、组织环境因素、人际关系因素等等.
