碘对血管内皮细胞表达VEGF影响的研究

摘要

目的 研究碘对血管内皮细胞表达血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响.方法 在含有不同浓度碘离子(I-)环境中培养血管内皮细胞,使用Western-blot和RT-PCR法检测VEGF的表达情况.结果 不同浓度的I-作用于血管内皮细胞后,VEGF表达未出现上调(P>0.05).结论 碘不促进血管内皮细胞合成VEGF,碘促进血管内皮细胞增殖与VEGF上调无关.%Objective To investigate the influence of iodine on vascular endothelial cells expressing vascular endo-thelial growth factor (VEGF) . Methods Vascular endothelial cells were cultured in different doses of iodine (100-300 μg/L) and the expression of VEGF was detected by Western-blot and RT-PCR. Results The expression of VEGF did not indicate an obvious increase in different concentrations of iodine (P>0.05). Conclusion Iodine cannot stimulate vascular endothelial cells to express VEGF protein . The promoting effect of iodine on vascular endothelial cells proliferation does not depend on up-regulation of VEGF.
