《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程教学回眸

摘要

在高校《思想道德修养与法律基础》课程体系中,法律部分的教学内容非常重要,承担着大学生在校期间法律课堂教育的重要职责。基础课法律教育目标应以法律知识为基本,引导学生把握社会主义法律体系,培养学生树立社会主义法制理念,进而尊重法律、信仰法律。囿于教学时间所限,要达到这一教学目标,需要对＂基础课＂法律的教学方法进行积极探索：重视教师培训,提高教师素质;优化整合教学内容;建立集体备课和说课制度;有效利用基础课中的＂精彩＂资源。%In the course of Ethical Education and Basic Law,law teaching is a very important part,it is charged with law education of undergraducation.The aim of law education is to mastery law knowledge,grasp Social legal system,buildup social legal concept,respect law and believe law.Due to the limitsd teaching time,we must explore new teaching way,for example：thingking much of teacher,s train,enhancing teacher,s diathesis,optimizing teaching content,setting up collectivity prepare for lession system,utilizing ＂high＂ resourse of Basic course effectively.
