功能性食品课程教学改革与探索

摘要

The functional food course could help college students enhance food health consciousness and improve com-prehensive quality .In order to achieve the teaching goal and improve teaching quality ,the followings ,fixing suitable contents in teaching process ,optimizing teaching methods and adopting the multi-media assisted teaching ,were used in the teaching innovation .As a result ,students’ learning initiative was boosted ,and favorable teaching effects were achieved .%功能性食品课程能够增强大学生的食品保健意识，有助于提高大学生的综合素质。为了实现课程教学目标，提高教学质量，在教学中从确定合理的教学内容、优化教学方法以及采用多媒体辅助教学等方面进行教学改革与实践，促进学生的学习积极性，获得了较好的教学效果。
