HPLC法对唇香草中山奈酚的含量测定

     

摘要

目的 建立高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定唇香草中山奈酚含量的方法.方法 色谱柱为CoLumn:XBC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),流动相为甲醇-0.2%磷酸(57:43),柱温35℃,流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长360 nm,进样量10 μL.结果 山奈酚浓度在0.006 84~0.032 40 mg/mL范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.8%,RSD为1.9%,唇香草中山奈酚含量为0.082 mg/g.结论 HPLC法简便、准确,适用于唇香草中山奈酚的含量测定.%Objective To establish the method for determination of kaempferol in Zizphora clinopodioides Lam by HPLC.Methods The column was C18 chromatographic column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase was methanol-0.2%phosphoric acid solution(57:43);column temperature was 35℃;current speed was 1.0 mL/min;detection wavelength was 360 nm;sample volume was 10 μL.Results There was a good linear relationship of Kaempferol concentrations in the range of 0.006 84~0.032 40 mg/mL(r=0.999 9),the average recovery rate was 101.8%,RSD was 1.9%,kaempferol content was 0.082 mg/g in Zizphora clinopodioides Lam.Conclusion This method we''ve established was simple,accurate,and can provide the standard for quality control of Zizphora clinopodioides Lam.
