群组管理运用于儿童特应性皮炎患儿中对症状改善及生活质量的影响分析

摘要

目的 探讨群组管理运用于儿童特应性皮炎患儿中对症状改善及生活质量的影响.方法 选择2015年9月-2017年2月在常州市第一人民医院儿科就诊的儿童特应性皮炎患儿84例,根据入院先后顺序分为对照组(42例)和观察组(42例).对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予群组管理护理,比较2组护理前后患儿瘙痒程度、护理疗效及生活质量评分.结果 观察组护理后患儿瘙痒程度轻于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).观察组护理后生活质量评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 群组管理运用于儿童特应性皮炎患儿中可降低瘙痒程度,增加护理总有效率,提高生活质量,在临床中值得推广.%Objective To explore the effect of group management on symptom improvement and quality of life in children with atopic dermatitis.Methods 84 cases of children with atopic dermatitis treated in our hospital from September 2015 to February 2017 were divided into control group (42 cases) and observation group (42 cases) according to the order of admission.The control group was given routine care.The observation group was given the group management nursing,and the degree of pruritus,nursing effect and quality of life score were observed and recorded before and after nursing.Results The degree of pruritus in the observation group was lighter than that in the control group (P ＜0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P＜0.05).The quality of life score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P ＜0.05).Conclusion Group management can reduce the degree of pruritus in children with atopic dermatitis,increase the total effective rate of nursing,improve the quality of life,and be worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
