施工企业员工培训现状分析及对策研究

人才资源是提高企业综合竞争力、应对各种风险挑战的重要战略资源。企业人才一方面除了引进，更重要的是通过企业教育和培训方式进行内部培养，深入发掘出企业内部人才资源。因此内部人才培养，是保证企业健康可持续发展的必由之路。通过对中铁某公司员工培训现状的分析，研究改善员工培训现状的对策，对施工企业员工培训工作提供一定的参考。%Human resources are the most important strategic resources to improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises, and to cope with the challenge of various risks. In addition to the introduction of enterprise talents, more important method is through the enterprise internal training. Therefore, internal cultivation is the only way to guarantee enterprise healthy and sustainable development. In this article, through analyzing the current situation of China railway company staff training, the author offers the strategies to improve the present situation of staff training, providing certain reference for construction enterprise.
