试论当代大学生职业价值观的教育对策

摘要

As fundamental personal view and attitude to problem of occupation worth, vocational values influence directly vocational choice and action of college students. The contemporary college students show many passive special features. In view of that, it is essential for society, college and family to make joint efforts to carry out educational work in order to impel college students to form correct vocational values.%　　职业价值观作为个体关于职业价值问题的根本看法和态度，直接影响着大学生的职业选择与从业行为。当代大学生在职业价值观上表现出主体意识增强、评价标准务实、价值取向多元化、价值目标功利化等特点。鉴于此种状况，社会、学校和家庭需要共同努力，密切配合，扎实有效地开展教育、引导工作，促使大学生形成正确的职业价值观。
