PURPOSE:To make it possible to judge whether a specified value is normal or abnormal even by a person other than a specialist by providing a setting means for determining the target range of a measuring component and a means for reporting the fact that the measured value is inside or outside of the target range. The color is converted into the measured value with the table 11a. Then, whether the measured value is located inside or outside of the preset target range not is judged. When the value is located within the target range, the result is displayed with a display part 17 and a speech generating part 18. Thus, a measuring person can recognize the range of the measured value.
