教学环节是指课堂教学展开过程中相对独立或完整的教学阶段。学习目标是设计教学环节的重要依据,教学环节是实现教学目标的载体。研究教学环节是否围绕学习目标展开有利于改进课堂教学、促进教师专业发展,最终促进学生有效学习。因此,本研究采用访谈、课堂观察和调查问卷的研究方法,以一节初中英语公开课教学环节与教学目标达成的情况,判断该节英语课教学环节设计的质量,提出优化教师教学环节设计的建议。%Teaching step is a relatively independent or complete stage in the process of classroom teaching. Teaching objective is the basis of teaching step design, and it is achieved through the teaching steps. This article aims to draw some implications for English teachers in China by presenting the teaching steps in an English class and discussing how far it has achieved its teaching objectives. Methods of interview, classroom observation and questionnaire research will be adopted in the survey. Then, according to the survey, the researcher provides some suggestions to optimize the design of teaching steps.
