法学教育与司法考试的良性互动--从地方法学院校角度谈法学教育与司法考试的困境与出路

Since our country set up National Judicial Exam in 2002 , the connection problem between legal education and judicial examination has been a hot spot in the law field. As to local law colleges the promotion of judicial examination brings not only new opportunities but also more challenges because of its particularity. In order to achieve positive interaction between legal education and judicial examination and make features of local law colleges prominent in the increasingly keen legal education competition, it is imperative to reform the law education in local law colleges under the context of judicial examination.%从我国2002年实行统一司法考试以来，法学教育与司法考试的衔接问题一直是法学界热议的一个话题。作为地方法学院校，由于其自身的特殊性，统一司法考试制度的推行，既带来了新的机遇，同时也面临着更大的挑战。为了能够实现法学教育与司法考试的良性互动，在日益激烈的法学教育竞争中凸显地方法学院校的特点与优势，有必要以统一司法考试制度为契机，改革地方法学院校的法学教育。
