也说族谱的存史、资治及教化功能--以湖南安仁港头（新渡）陈氏十二修族谱为例

摘要

族（家）谱对于社会、国家的细胞---家族（家庭）而言，具有与国史、方志相仿的价值和意义。前人曾概括志书有资治、存史、教化三大功能，谱牒也不例外，不过，其顺序应稍作调整，即：存史、资治、教化。湖南安仁港头（新渡）陈氏历代所修族谱是体现这三大功能的一个比较典型的样品。%For a clan (or a family ) ,a cell of the society or the country ,the genealogy has almost the same value and significance as the historical records of the country or the local chronicles .Some predecessors summed up the three functions of the historical records of the country or the local chronicles as mirroring ,history-keeping and educating .A Clan’s genealogy also has these functions ,only the first and the second functions change posi-tion .In Gangtou (xindu) Anren Hunan ,Chen clan’s genealogy is a typical case .
