翻译流程中计算机辅助翻译的基本功能

摘要

翻译流程分析表明，译前文件格式解析和译后质量追溯应与翻译记忆并列，共同构成计算机辅助翻译软件的三个基本功能，其中，格式解析是必要前提，翻译记忆是核心，质量追溯是保证。三个功能并提，理论上能够解决计算机辅助翻译软件适用范围问题，实践中有助于缩小国产和国外辅助翻译软件的差距，扩大辅助翻译工具的教学研究范围，提高翻译效率和译文质量，加快翻译行业现代化的步伐。%Analysis of translation flow shows that the file format conversion in pre⁃translation and traceability in post-translation should be listed with translation memory as the three basic functions of CAT tools, of which file format conversion is a prerequisite, the translation memory the core, and traceability is a quality guarantee. Addition of these two functions to CAT basics helps theoretically to create new solutions to question of suitability of CAT tools, and, in practice, facilitates to narrow the gaps between Chinese and western CAT tools, enlarge teaching and reach ranges, improve translation efficiency, and step up modernization of translation industry.
