三维纺织复合材料和铝中冲击应力波传播与能量吸收

         

摘要

比较两种三维纺织结构复合材料(三维针织间隔织物和三维正交机织物复合材料)圆板和铝圆板间 的冲击行为,讨论三维纺织结构复合材料和均质各向同性材料间的冲击损伤机理.用不同冲击速度下复合材料和铝的裁荷位移曲线分析冲击加栽下应力波在材料中的传播,同时与有限元计算结果作对比分析.发现复合材料有纤维束断裂、基体开裂以及复杂的应力波传播现象,而铝只表现出弹塑性变形.%The impact behaviors of circular plates of two kinds of 3D textile composites and Aluminum are compared to discuss the difference of impact damage mechanisms between the 3 D textile composites and isotropic homogeneous material. The impact load-displacement curves at different impact velocities of the composite materials and Aluminum were obtained to analyze the stress wave propagation. The finite element results of the impact damage were also presented for comparison. It is shown that the 3D textile composites have resin crack, fiber breakage and complicated stress wave propagation phenomena, while only elasto-plastic deformation has been found in Aluminum.
