CoM n2O4纳米管的制备及表征

摘要

利用溶胶凝胶‐电纺法制备了CoMn2O4纳米材料，通过热分析（TG‐DTA）、X 射线衍射（XRD）、扫描电镜（SEM ）等测试手段对所制备纳米纤维的组成、形貌结构、晶相结构等进行了分析和表征．结果表明，煅烧温度600℃时得到具有中空管状结构的CoM n2 O4纳米材料，其平均晶粒尺寸为18.8nm ．%CoMn2 O4 nanotubes was successfully synthesized by a sol‐gel assisted electrospinning method followed by calcination at 600℃ in air .These nanotubes were characterized for the morphological struc‐tural by thermal analysis(TG‐DTA) ,X‐ray diffraction (XRD) ,scanning electronmicroscopy (SEM) . The results show that the nanofibers have hollow nanostructure .The crystallite dimension is 18.8 nm .
