高速公路视频监控及运营管理系统设计与实现

摘要

针对我国高速公路信息化建设中逐渐凸显的视频监控与运营管理业务的相互融合问题，搭建了基于JBoss的高速公路视频监控及运营管理系统的总体框架，并从上下文组件、数据库持久化访问、表现层页面等方面进行系统设计与实现。试运行测试表明，系统运行稳定，视频处理与业务响应速度快，在我国高速公路系统的交通信息化建设与智能化管理中具有应用价值。%Regarding to the problems of integrating video monitor functionalities with operation management in highway informationization process in China ,a JBoss based framework of video monitor and enhanced highway operation management system is proposed .This system is im‐plemented in such aspects as contextual components ,persistence access of database ,webpage presentation ,et al .A trial test show s that the system has more stable running performance , highe video processing speed ,and higher business response speed .Therefore ,it is applicable in informationization construction and intelligent management of China highway .
