碳纳米管对铜电子浆料导电性能的影响

         

摘要

Carbon Nanotubes were added as reinforced phase in Cu paste to improve its conductivity. Effects of carbon nanotubes'content and type on electrical conductivity of composite paste were studied by adj usting the ratio of conductive phase and types of carbon nanotubes.Results show that addition of carbon nanotubes can greatly improve conductive property of composite paste.Paste prepared by the ratio of m(Cu)∶m(CNTS)=98∶2 has best conductive performance.Electrical conductivity of Cu-Carbon Nanotubes paste increases with the improvement of CNTS purity and the reducing of CNTS pipe diameter,conductive properties of Cu-Carbon Nanotubes paste prepared by 5~30μm Carbon Nanotubes are better.Given the conductive property and enconomic performance,the Carbon Nano-tubes with 95% purity 5~30μm length and 20~30nm diameter are chosen to prepare Cu-Carbon Nanotubes paste.%为提高铜电子浆料的导电性能,在其中加入碳纳米管作为导电增强相。文中通过改变导电相的比例及碳纳米管的种类研究了碳纳米管的含量和类型对铜浆料导电性能的影响。结果表明,在浆料中加入碳纳米管能够很大程度上提高其导电性能,以m(Cu)∶m(Carbon Nanotubes)=98∶2的比例制备出的复合浆料导电性能最佳;复合浆料的导电性能随碳纳米管纯度的提升而增大,随管径的减小而提升,且其长度在5~30μm时制备的复合浆料导电性能相对较好。综合其导电性能和成本,选择纯度为95%,管径为20~30nm,长度为10~30μm 的碳纳米管制备铜复合浆料。
