基于统筹方法的知识员工绩效管理策略研究

         

摘要

With the development of knowledge economy, knowledge employees have become the core resource ofenterprises be-cause today’ s competitions among enterprises are mostly competitions of talents.Since knowledge employees are characterized in self-independence, self-improvement, freedom of personalities and innovative spirit, it is difficult to quantify their performance.In view of this, a managerial strategy for performance based on critical path method would be of reference value for the future theoretical study of performance management.This paper puts forward a strategy for managing knowledge employees’ performance based on critical path method, which contains the following steps: establishing a correct notion performance management, coordinating individual per-formance and overall performance, linking all the managing steps to each other, establishing a reasonable managerial mechanism of per-formance management, establishing a managerial system for performance management which is based on critical path method.Thus, such a managerial strategy would provide a new idea for the study of employees’ performance management.%随着知识经济的发展,知识员工已成为企业的核心资源,企业间的竞争更多地表现为人才的竞争。知识员工具有独立自强、个性自由、创新精神的人格特点,其绩效更加难以量化,基于统筹方法的绩效管理策略为未来的绩效管理理论研究提供参考。该文提出了基于统筹方法的知识员工绩效管理策略:一是树立正确的绩效管理观;二是协调个人绩效和整体绩效;三是绩效管理各环节相互衔接;四是建立合理的绩效管理机制,并构建了基于统筹方法的绩效管理系统,为知识员工绩效管理研究提供一种新的管理思路。
