基于德性伦理的教师德育路径

             

摘要

对教师德性伦理性质的探寻,实际上是探求教师德育的可能性。从德性的哲学历史来说,德性是做人的根基。教师德性的伦理性质就是从道德哲学的角度审视教师行为所必须的德性及其伦理内涵和伦理规约,以人性的善与恶的根本来激发教师的“教育良知”。教师德育应从教师德性的塑造、教师权力的控制、道德关怀的养成、教师自我的伦理反省等方面来进行。%Seeking the ethical nature of teacher’s virtue is seeking the possibility of teacher’s moral education. Virtue is the root of being a human viewing from the philosophy history of virtue. The ethical nature of teacher’s virtue is to look closely at the necessary virtue and ethical implication from his behavior and excitate teacher’s educational virtue by the goodness and badness of humanity. We should mould teacher’s virtue, control teacher’s power, develop teacher’s moral care and let teacher to make self-examination in teacher’s moral education.
