《淮南子》的人才思想丰富深刻,其“用人之道”主要体现在治国重才、明于观人和用人有术等三个方面。《淮南子》的用人之道,不仅具有显著的黄老、道家色彩,而且颇受儒、墨、阴阳诸家“尚贤”思想之影响,表现出多元性、综合性、辩证性和致用性的特色。《淮南子》的用人之道是西汉黄老政治经验的历史凝结,虽然其理论内涵存在着传统专制君主政治的历史局限,但从实际的用人艺术而言,对现代国家治理中的领导者,仍然具有可贵的启示价值。%Huainanzi contains rich and profound thought on the “way” of choosing and employing people which mainly includes: valuing the talented, understanding the ability of the talented and using properly the talented. It is influenced by Huanglao, Taoism, Confucianism, Mohism, Yin and Yang School and shows diverse, comprehensive, dialectical and practical features. Although it has its limitations of autocratic monarchy, Huainanzi still has valuable enlightenment value to the leaders of modern state governance in the actual art of choosing and employing the talent-ed.
