实施药品回收物流是解决医药安全问题的重要举措.运用演化博弈理论中的复制动态的分析方法建立了药品回收物流过程中政府、医药生产企业和消费者三者之间的博弈模型.通过建立非对称三方博弈支付矩阵,得到了三者在不同条件下的稳定性策略和不同策略组合的渐进趋势.博弈分析结果显示:消费者的策略选择主要受到参与药品回收过程中经济利益的驱使;医药企业回收药品主要受政府处罚力度、消费者举报力度和政府干预成功率影响;政府若能在不同时期分阶段实施不同的策略,可以有效发挥对医药生产企业和消费者的指导作用.%Operating medicine reverse logistics is a key step to ensure medical safety .The replicated dy-namic method in evolution game theory is used to establish the game model among the government , pharmaceutical manufacturers and consumers in medicine reverse logistics . The stability strategy of the three parties under different conditions and the progressive trends of different strategies are ob-tained by establishing the asymmetric triangular game payment matrix . The results show that the strategy choice of consumers is mainly driven by the economic benefits involved in the process of medi-cine recovery ,and pharmaceutical manufacturers are mainly affected by the punishment from the gov-ernment ,the report from consumers and the success rate of government intervention .If the govern-ment stages implementations for different strategies ,it can effectively play a guiding role for pharma-ceutical manufacturers and consumers .
