校企协同视角下的民办高职酒店管理专业人才培养探讨--以浙江东方职业技术学院为例

摘要

本文从协同视角出发，剖析民办高职院校在培养酒店管理专业人才方面的阻碍。本文认为建立在“校企深入融合、工学紧密结合”环境下的协同运行机制是提高人才培养质量的有效手段，也是实现民办高职院校和酒店企业双赢的根本途径。其双重角色、双导师制、仿真实训和数据应用处理是其建立长效的协同运行机制的载体。%The difficulties of hotel management personnel training in private vocational colle‐ges are analyzed from perspective of school‐enterprise collaboration .This paper claims that the establishment of school‐enterprise collaboration mechanism is an effective method to im‐prove the quality of personnel training and also the fundamental way to realize the win‐win situation between private vocational colleges and hotel businesses .Its dual role ,double men‐toring ,simulated training and application of data processing are the carriers of its long‐term cooperative operation mechanism .
