论网络科技型中小企业人力资源管理的问题与对策——以安徽某网络科技公司为例

以安徽某信息科技有限公司人力资源管理为研究对象,首先对人力资源和人力资源管理的涵义和特点进行阐述说明,然后简要阐述该公司当前实际,明确该公司当前人力资源管理中所存在的问题,再结合公司的发展目标和发展要求等,深入分析该公司当前人力资源管理的目标任务,最后重点论述该公司人力资源管理的对策,从而做到应对与解决问题。%Studying Human Resource Management of an Information Technology Co.Ltd.in Anhui,this article first discussed the meaning and characteristics of the human resources and human resources management,then briefly described the company’s current situation,pointed out the problems existing in the human resource management,analyzed the gaols and tasks of the human resource management according to the developing gaols and requirements of the company,and finally offered countermeasures for dealing with the problems.
