This method consists in using, by way of pipework, flexible hoses 13 and, by way of support and holding elements, prefabricated shuttering elements 1, 11 able to guide the flexible hoses and to hold them at least at places which are not longitudinally spaced by more than a predetermined distance, the said prefabricated elements comprising bottom elements 1 and cover elements 11 which can be fixed in a detachable manner to the bottom elements. The bottom elements are arranged and fixed to the walls of the building along a predetermined path of the network to be produced, then the flexible hoses are placed facing the bottom elements thus fixed, and the said flexible hoses are held against the said bottom elements by fixing the cover elements to these bottom elements.
