示范院校服装设计专业学生创新能力培养的实践与路径

摘要

Fashion design majors of model colleges should set up the personnel trainign objective in accordance with the developing needs of fashion industry and the qualification of the jobs. It is important to promote students＇ innovative and comprehensive practicing capacity of fashion design, structure design and craftsmanship by changing the teaching mode, establishing project-based curriculum system, and building up ＂three-in-one＂ in-school practicing base so as to accomplish the personnel training objective of transition of skilled personnel to technical personnel and improve their quality of employment.%示范院校服装设计专业依据服装行业的发展需求和企业的岗位需要确定人才培养目标，通过教学模式的创新、项目化课程体系的建立、“三个合一”校内实训基地的建设和创新路径的实践，提升学生的服装造型设计、结构设计和工艺的创新能力和综合实践能力，实现由技能型向技术型人才转化的人才培养定位，提高学生的就业质量。
