The development of the two capitals catering services in Song Dynasty followed the three impacted factors ： population growing and expansion of the two cities, all the people fond of wandering to consume, the upper class enjoying food outside. These had promoted the service by offered the enormous consumers and the perfect context, the followed guidance to the public.
