宋代两京饮食服务业的特点及作用

摘要

The catering service of the two capitals in Song Dynasty has formed distinct characters in the process of its development,which included advertisement;interior decoration;singing girls,diversification service styles;superior quality;various foods,drink and the relation of employer-employee just involved labor cost.The function of the catering services has overstepped its self,it promoted the business prosperity;absorbed a large number of social labors.It was in favor of social stability and increased the income of the government.%宋代两京饮食服务业在长期经营发展过程中,形成了诸多鲜明特点,主要表现在注重宣传、广告效应;注重内部装饰;有歌妓、妓女助兴;服务功能及服务层次、方式多元化;服务质量、环境卫生上乘;店主与员工构成了以＂工价＂为纽带的雇佣与被雇佣的关系;品牌食品众多。宋代两京饮食服务业发展的作用已大大超出了饮食服务业发展本身,主要反映在促进了两京商业的繁荣;吸纳了大量劳动力与社会闲散成员,有利于社会稳定;增加了政府的财政收入。
