协同创新理念下大学生创新能力培养刍议

摘要

To enhance college student's innovative ability to cultivate innovative talents for achieving China collaborative inno-vation development strategy is of great practical significance. However, at present, China initiated collaborative innovation backdrop and the shortage of innovative talent have become a bottleneck problem for the collaborative innovation, and also have had the great impact on cultivating the student's innovative ability, for which we must promote the student's innovative ability based on the educa-tion system to promote innovation and development, to accelerate pace of innovation in teaching management, and to optimize the structure of college student's quality.%提升大学生创新能力、培养创新型人才对实现我国协同创新发展战略具有重大现实意义。然而，在当前我国倡导协同创新的大背景下，创新型人才匮乏已成为我国协同创新的瓶颈，对大学生创新能力培养产生了不利影响，为此我们要通过推进教育制度创新发展、加快教学管理创新步伐、优化大学生素质结构等三个方面入手，促进大学生创新能力的提升。
