将教学型本科院校财务管理专业的人才培养目标作为切入点，从知识、能力、素质三个方面对教学型本科院校财务管理专业的人才培养规格进行精准确定，通过建立通用课程模块、专业课程模块和方向课程模块三个模块的理论课程，可实现理论课程结构体系模块化；同时又设计专业认识层次、课程学习层次、岗位体验层次三个层次的实践课程，可实现实践课程教学体系的层次化，完成对学生在知识、能力、素质方面的提升，为地区经济发展和陕西省“桥头堡”建设培养了急需的应用型、创新型人才，对同类教学型本科院校的财务管理专业人才培养模式的确立具有一定的借鉴意义。%Based on the teaching undergraduate colleges and universities’ financial management professional talent training tar-get as a starting point, from knowledge, ability and quality of teaching undergraduate colleges and universities’ financial manage-ment professional personnel training specification to accurately determine, through the establishment of general course module, pro-fessional course module and direction module of theory courses, the paper designs modular curriculum structure system, the profes-sional knowledge level, the learning level and job experience level of practical courses, which achieve the hierarchical practical teaching system, accomplish the student’ s improvements in knowledge, ability and quality, and cultivate the much-needed applied and innovative talents for the regional economic development and the construction of “Bridgehead” in Shaanxi province, to provide the certain significant reference for the establishment of financial management professional personnel training mode in the teaching undergraduate colleges and universities.
