Method for designing professional training course with practical section and theoretical section, involves applying practice-oriented training unit of practical section or theoretical section to one or multiple collected test results
The method involves collecting training associated test results and applying a practice-oriented training unit of the practical section or the theoretical section (14) to one or multiple collected test results. An enhancement or an adjustment of other learning content is carried out with the derivation of a deficit in the test results in the progress of the professional training corresponding to the syllabus. The training course (10) is carried out with reduced number of periods per week. A faulty evaluated test result is given refresher course by additional lectures or apprentice time.
